Every two weeks I’ll teach a new routine combining elements of hip hop, latin & club dance. Come discover your sexy side!

“Go Go Girl” cardio dance – Saturday, Dec. 5th – 2:00-3:00pm Get a head start on getting in shape for the new year! This will combine sexy club dance moves with muscle toning exercises to give you a fabulous, calorie burning workout! This class will debut in January on a weekly basis….Sweating never looked so sexy!
